Since I was a little bambino, I dreamed of opening my own Ristorante Italiano where we could share the laughter, good times and fantastic old world cuisine I grew up with. With family squeezed around the table, elbow upon elbow, we enjoyed one another’s company as the spaghetti and meatballs danced and tangled to the rhythm of the flying jokes and laughter. Even my sweetheart Rosa would join Mama and I to prepare fantastico Italian dishes. And after dinner, Rosa and I would dream and make future plans for ROSA & ROCCO’S Ristorante Italiano, a tradition of sharing with old and new friends and family too.
